Gianna Franco
Gianna is an Emmy Award-winning Morning Co-Anchor on KPIX CBS, delivering daily news and updates since 2008. She began at KPIX as a fill-in traffic anchor and producer, showcasing her versatility and dedication. Over the years, her expertise and commitment have led her to her current role. Before KPIX, Gianna worked in various broadcasting roles, including news, traffic, and sports, on Bay Area radio stations like KCBS and KNBR, and hosted on 95.7 The Game.

A native of San Diego, Gianna's passion for broadcasting started in high school, anchoring a half-hour news broadcast on a local NBC affiliate, earning her a college scholarship. Her career includes roles at FOX in Phoenix, ABC in San Diego, Access Hollywood in Los Angeles, and as a National Update Anchor for FOX Sports.

Gianna lives with her husband Pete and their children, Falcon, Zepplin, Geddy, and Lila. She is committed to the arts, serving on the Board of Directors for Spindrift School of Performing Arts.
Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys traveling, reading, attending live music events, and practicing Spanish with her mother, Irma.

Certified Child Life Specialist
Kristen Beckler, M.Ed, CTRS, CCLS
Kristen, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience working with children and families, holds a BS in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an M.Ed from the University of Missouri, and a certificate in Educational Leadership from UCSF. As a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), she has made a significant impact at Stanford Children’s Health and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, where she currently works as a Child Life Specialist III.

Inspired by her daughter Claire's passion for acting, Kristen is deeply involved in youth theater. She and her husband Ryan support Claire's talent and take pride in their older daughter Stephanie, excelling in college. Kristen also serves on the Board of Directors for Spindrift School of Performing Arts, enriching the lives of young performers.

In her personal life, Kristen enjoys quality time with her husband, where they are often seen around town taking their daily walks, staying connected with her friends back in Tennessee, and reading in her backyard.
